! Job Description As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work on projects that support logistics for outsourcing manufactured components. You will be involved in storeroom layout and material handling processes, and your projects will vary depending on your capabilities and experience. A key responsibility will be conducting time studies and designing process layouts. Responsibilities Support logistics for outsourcing manufactured components. Design and optimize storeroom layouts and material handling processes. Conduct time studies to improve process efficiency. Create and implement process layouts. Participate in projects based on capabilities and experience. Essential Skills Proficiency in Time Studies and Plant Layout. Experience in Design and Tooling. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to write Standard Operating Procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dixon, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
