Manufacturing Engineering Intern Department:
Engineering
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will assist the Manufacturing Engineers on designated projects.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Write standard operating procedures Plant Layouts Time Studies
Mechanical Designs Projects:
Projects supporting logistics for outsourcing manufactured components Storeroom layout and material handling processes Design of Containers Other projects dependent on capabilities and experience Safety Initiatives Mechanical Design work Data Collection Data Analysis Knowledge, skills and abilities: CAD (AutoCAD and SolidWorks) MS Office (Basic Excel Spreadsheets)
