$80,000-$120,000 (based on experience) Full Benefits Sterling Engineering is hiring a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer for a growing, innovative manufacturer focused on delivering high-quality products through advanced processes and continuous improvement. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role where you'll work at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and quality-playing a key role in bringing new products to life and optimizing production performance. Serve as the key liaison between design engineering and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost Implement and maintain ISO 9001-compliant processes, documentation, and quality systems Support internal and external audits while promoting a strong culture of quality and compliance Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and inspection criteria Establish and monitor SPC charts; analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or quality engineering roles Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Some experience with SPC, data analysis, and process optimization Background in an assembly or especially an electrical assembly environment would be a help Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Similar remote jobs
