Manufacturing Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to provide support to our assembly line with a focus on in-process validation (IPV) integration, wireless gauging, DC tools, and other technical tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical aptitude, especially recent graduates with mechanical abilities, who are keen to manage manufacturing engineering calls on the line. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line support, focusing on IPV integration and technical tasks. Manage manufacturing engineering calls on the line. Work with PFMEA documents from an IPV perspective, focusing on severity, occurrence, and detection. Essential Skills Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer in an assembly manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering, engineering technology, or a related field. Experience with PPAP and/or APQP processes. Proficiency in PFMEA. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously. Experience with AutoCAD, Vision Systems, and DC Tools. Prior CAD experience and ME experience. Exposure to manufacturing processes and assembly experience. Process or industrial engineering backgrounds are considered. Experience working with gauges is a plus. Work Environment This position operates on the 1st shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $76960.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
