Senior CAD Casting Design Engineer (Rockford, IL, 61108) | 03/23/26 Job Description Full-time || Senior CAD Casting Design Engineer || 
Location :
Rockford, Illinois- (Onsite)
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
  • CAD modelling and drafting using NX Unigraphics (Siemens NX).
  • Mechanical design support and detailing.
  • Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team; collaborate across functions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, 3D modelling, and detailing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical systems; aerospace systems experience preferred.
  • Expert-level Siemens NX experience (desired).
  • Experience working with castings.
  • Strong manufacturing knowledge (process awareness and design-for-manufacture).
  • Experience with gated design projects / phase-gate development.
  • Aerospace experience (desired).
Qualification:
  • BS Senior CAD Casting Design Engineer 1NX, Casting United States
