About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead our precision machining operations. You will leverage your expertise in CAD/CAM software to optimize production workflows, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality for our complex components. Responsibilities Develop and refine CNC programs using advanced CAM software to maximize machine utilization and output. Design custom work-holding fixtures and tooling solutions to improve process stability and part accuracy. Lead the technical execution of new product introductions, establishing robust routings and standard operating procedures. Analyze machining KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements in cycle times and scrap reduction. Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to streamline shop floor operations and eliminate waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes and ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges on the production floor to maintain continuous, high-quality output. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and process engineering. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and SolidWorks. Advanced understanding of GD&T, cutting tool technology, and material properties. Demonstrated success in resolving complex manufacturing process issues. Preferred Skills Experience with Swiss-style machining centers. Background in formal process validation and NPI lifecycles. Working knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks and Lean tools. Experience within high-precision, high-volume manufacturing environments.
