PLC Controls Engineer Position:

2nd

Shift Manufacturing Engineer Pay Wage:

$ depending on experience

Schedule:

2nd Shift, 4:30pm - completion (out time varies on customer demand) Responsibilities and Skills Responsible for improving and maintaining manufacturing equipment Implement and develop design for PLC and Control Logix programming, Servos, VFD and Hardware, HMI Review and maintain systems and identify improvements in the design incorporating trends Test Program operation to verify it remains functional Communicate with clients to address their concerns, troubleshoot and identify solutions to problems. Design new assembly equipment Help plan and coordinate manufacturing processes in the plant by developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods Analyze and Plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow and design layout of equipment, etc Ability to work well under pressure Leadership skills, problem-solving skills and team-work skills Excellent communication skills All other duties assigned

Requirements:

Degree is Engineering or related field required Automotive seating experience is preferred Requires Mechanical & Electrical knowledge Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role strongly desired Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role strongly desired
