Responsibilities:

+ Improving production lines in a factory + Making manufacturing faster, cheaper, and higher quality + Fixing issues when things go wrong + Supporting ongoing production (not just designing products)

Requirements:

+ 2-4 years engineering experience + Early-career to mid-level engineer + NOT senior, NOT entry-level + Medical device manufacturing (ideal) + Automotive manufacturing + Plastics / injection molding + Electronics manufacturing + High-volume production environments

STRONGLY PREFERRED

+ Six Sigma tools: + DOE (Design of Experiments) + Process capability + Gage R&R + Experience with: + OEE improvements + Scrap reduction + Process optimization
