Job Description
This is a Full-time role & relocation assistance is available. Due to the nature of the project, we need Visa independent Candidates only. Required skills & experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in plant operations, process engineering, project engineering, process control and automation, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, or other relevant technical functions. Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong background in automation, digitalization, and technology development initiatives within manufacturing or process industries. Experience with technologies and processes used in the starches, sweeteners, and texturizers industry is strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills. Ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
