Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst for a top pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This individual will play a key role in supporting and standing up a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting site infrastructure across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams. This is a hands-on role in a highly regulated GMP environment, offering the opportunity to work with advanced, highly automated systems while supporting a critical expansion focused on safety, quality, and innovation. - Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
- 5+ years of experience in an IT or infrastructure-related role
- Strong problem identification and root-cause resolution skills
- Experience supporting IT-managed workstations and site infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments
- Experience installing and configuring workstation hardware, peripherals, and software
- GMP knowledge or formal GMP training
- Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity practices and assessments
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Citrix, VDI, and iGel technologies
- Experience supporting process automation systems infrastructure
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
