Opening 1: Indianapolis, Indiana (Onsite) Opening 2: Global Consultant (Travel required to Kansas City, MO; Winslow, ME; and Iowa locations)

Animal Health Manufacturing Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer with strong Tulip MES experience to design, configure, integrate, validate, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions across pharmaceutical production facilities. The consultant will lead Tulip-based MES implementations supporting Electronic Batch Records (eBR), digital work instructions, production monitoring, quality workflows, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure Tulip MES applications and workflows Implement eBR, weigh & dispense, QA, equipment setup, and line clearance solutions Integrate Tulip with SAP ERP, LIMS, PLC/SCADA, Historians, and IoT systems Develop integrations using REST APIs, SQL, and Python Support validation activities including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and GAMP 5 Execute deployments, UAT, go-live, and production support Troubleshoot MES workflows, integrations, and data integrity issues Create SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams
Required Skills:
8 10+ years in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing 3 5+ years of hands-on Tulip MES implementation experience Strong experience with Tulip App Building, Workflow Design, and Dashboards Experience integrating MES with SAP, LIMS, PLC/SCADA, and IoT systems Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Python Pharma/Biotech manufacturing experience Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, GAMP 5, and ALCOA principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-site MES deployment experience Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing initiatives Real-time analytics and dashboard development Azure or AWS exposure MES or Manufacturing IT certifications
