We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Deployment Engineer to support large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives by deploying and sustaining telemetry solutions across plant operations. This role will focus on integrating CNC machining systems, machine-generated data, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity, data quality, and operational efficiency across manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing technology deployments, CNC machine environments, machine connectivity, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Execute plant-level deployment of telemetry solutions across manufacturing facilities Coordinate deployment activities across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and IT teams Serve as the on-site technical integrator for machine connectivity and telemetry systems Translate machine, operations, and IT requirements into deployable manufacturing solutions Support deployment initiatives with strong understanding of CNC machines, tooling concepts, and machine-generated data Validate, monitor, and troubleshoot machining data streams for accuracy and reliability Work within enterprise IT environments including networking fundamentals, firewall rules, cybersecurity requirements, and security protocols Identify, escalate, and resolve issues related to connectivity, data integrity, and deployment readiness Support rollout standardization and deployment scalability across multiple manufacturing sites Ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and sustainment of telemetry solutions in production environments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field Experience supporting manufacturing technology implementations or production deployments Strong familiarity with CNC machines, tooling, and machine data concepts Working knowledge of machining data and manufacturing process environments Basic understanding of networking concepts including firewalls, connectivity, and cybersecurity fundamentals Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, and IT teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in manufacturing environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with machine connectivity, telemetry systems, or digital manufacturing deployments Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Operations Technology Exposure to smart factory, Industry 4.0, or manufacturing transformation initiatives Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing deploymentsSimilar remote jobs
