Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our Quality processes, ensuring efficiency, and safety in production. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles, along with hands-on experience in factory settings. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production capabilities. Responsibilities - Design and develop Quality processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze existing production methods and identify areas for continuous improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to create effective tooling solutions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial equipment. Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001

standards throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and develop corrective action plans. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and modifications. Skills Strong understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes. Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Proficiency in tooling design and implementation for various manufacturing applications. Familiarity with quantum engineering principles is a plus. Knowledge of industrial equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
