You will work on implementing advanced manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and product innovation. In this role, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of Aerospace Wheel & Brakes. You will be assigned as a process owner for the Wheel & Brakes machining cells. As a process owner, you will become the subject matter expert to conduct process audits, provide hands-on production floor technical support, solving poor product yield, reducing scrap, and conducting dispositions of product non-conformances. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and lead corrective actions.
