Project Engineer 📍 Northern Indiana | Pet Food Manufacturing Gpac is partnering with a confidential pet food manufacturer in Northern Indiana to hire a Project Engineer to support capital projects and process improvements within a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Lead projects from concept through completion Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and installation activities Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams Support equipment selection, commissioning, and troubleshooting Drive process improvements focused on efficiency and waste reduction Ensure OSHA, FDA, and environmental compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 2-5 years of manufacturing/project engineering experience Knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a hands-on plant environment Great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation and make a direct impact on plant performance.
