Required Skills Experience with MES implementation or manufacturing system deployment Knowledge/experience with automated conveyance systems (AGV, etc.) Strong coordination and facilitation skills across multiple stakeholders Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing industry experience (especially factory launch/start-up projects) Experience leading system implementation projects Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability
