As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing operations through advanced engineering techniques and innovative solutions. You will report directly to our leadership team, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an on-site work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity + Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies + Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions + Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards + Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics + Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles + Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing + Experience with data analysis and statistical process control + Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
