Job Description

This is an ONSITE role in
Olathe, KS Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates. + Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager. + Define and implement project scope, objectives, deliverables, prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft project. + Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management ( EVM ) metrics. + Lead a robust risk management process to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. + Contain scope growth though robust baseline change management. + Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. + At least 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles in the Aerospace industry

+ Project Management Professional Certification ( PMP ) + Ability to lead teams to fast, practical solutions using Root Cause Corrective Action ( RCCA ). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. + Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements. + Passion for innovation and continuous learning. + Willingness to travel to customer and internal Honeywell meetings both domestic and international. + Advanced degree preferred.
