In our production shop, you'll see how our fast-growing company operates behind the scenes. Here at HME we can help make it easy for students to gain real-world hands-on experience. Flexible scheduling throughout the school year. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be currently working towards Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree. Strong academic record and passion for the construction industry preferred. Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred. Ability to handle physical workload required. Good time management skills required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Keen attention to detail. Ability to lift 100 pounds required. Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
