Job Description

Company Profile Wichita-based contract parts manufacturer that produces precision CNC milled and CNC turned components for aerospace and defense customers.
Current seeking:
Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Develop or improve manufacturing processes including flow, methods and equipment. Participate in new product launch and establish new part process and parameters. Ensure the company's manufacturing processes maintain compliance with customer requirements Perform analysis for quality improvement and improved manufacturing efficiency. Identify potential environmental and safety issues and design processes to eliminate risk Provide daily manufacturing support, including troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Coordinate equipment maintenance to remain in compliance with customer expectations Provide peer training as needed Qualifications Required Associate degree and a minimum of two years' experience in manufacturing engineering. Ability to read and interpret product drawings. Proficient with CATIA, AutoCAD or equivalent software. Preference Ability to program in Master Cam, Gibbs Cam or equivalent software Experience in Set-up and operation of CNC mills and CNC lathes. Experience with
