This role will focus heavily on lean manufacturing initiatives, process improvement, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve manufacturing performance, reduce defects, and support on-time delivery goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced analog and digital electronics manufacturing Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes Experience supporting and improving production assembly operations Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Associate degree in electronics or equivalent education/training and experience required Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing and assembly operations by identifying and implementing optimal production processes Serve as a technical liaison between manufacturing and engineering teams regarding product designs and specification requirements Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and reliability Perform root-cause analysis on product and process failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Develop, maintain, and improve standardized work instructions and manufacturing documentation Collaborate with quality teams to establish and maintain inspection, testing, and quality control procedures Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing workflows, tooling, and production methods Support production troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and maintain on-time delivery objectives Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process optimization

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
