Sign-On Bonus:
$3,000 (after 90 days of successful employment)
Retention Bonus:
$5,000 after 12 months of employment Expleo Group USA is seeking Expert to Consultant-level MRB Design Engineers (Levels 4-5) to lead complex engineering decision-making and provide advanced technical authority across aerospace manufacturing programs. This is an office-based role focused on high-level engineering judgment, innovation, and technical leadership through documentation-based MRB analysis and disposition. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are recognized as subject matter experts, capable of solving complex challenges while shaping technical standards, best practices, and organisational capability. Key Responsibilities Lead resolution of highly complex MRB nonconformances requiring advanced engineering judgment Develop robust and innovative repair solutions considering fit, form, function, airworthiness, cost, and schedule Serve as technical authority in cross-functional and customer-facing engagements Define and improve MRB processes, practices, and engineering standards Drive consistency, compliance, and technical excellence across programs Provide expert guidance to Design, Stress, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams Mentor engineers across all levels and strengthen technical capability Support audits, program reviews, and regulatory compliance activities Contribute to advanced problem-solving, methodology development, and continuous improvement initiatives What This Role Is ✔ High-level technical authority and decision-making role ✔ Complex problem-solving and engineering leadership ✔ Strategic contributor to engineering capability and standards What This Role Is Not ✖ Entry or mid-level engineering role ✖ Production-floor support or reactive troubleshooting ✖ Routine disposition or approval-only function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET-accredited) 9
  • 14+ years of MRB/aerospace engineering experience with recognized subject matter expertise Strong expertise in metallic and composite structures Significant experience supporting Boeing programs (737/787 preferred) or similar aircraft platforms Prior MRB signing authority or delegated approval (strongly preferred) Advanced knowledge of airworthiness, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks Proficiency in SAP NCMS or similar systems
