is seeking a highly skilled Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Danville, KY. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving manufacturing efficiency, driving consistency, and leading solutions for complex supply chain and production challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers while delivering impactful, high-visibility results in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives related to fabrication and assembly processes to enhance production performance Support capital acquisition projects, including equipment selection and implementation Drive automation and digital factory initiatives to improve operational efficiency Identify, plan, and execute strategic manufacturing and productivity projects Interpret and apply product specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards Review production output and coach teams on continuous improvement practices Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve manufacturing challenges Oversee project planning and execution to meet timelines and business goals Manage resources effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Support organic growth through productivity improvements and factory optimization Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions Qualifications Proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering within a production environment Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, and process optimization Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 20%
