Direct Hire Summar ySeeking a Manufacturing Engineer II with 3-5 years of experience to improve manufacturing processes, support new product introductions (NPI), and drive automation initiatives. This role focuses on robotics, NC programming, process optimization, digital motion systems, and continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality . Key Responsibiliti esDevelop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and equipmen t.

Support NPI activities and ensure successful product launche s.

Program robots and support NC programming activitie s.

Optimize workflows, equipment layouts, and production method s.

Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and reduce variabilit y.

Collaborate with design teams on Design for Manufacturability (DFM ).Coordinate with vendors on automated and turnkey manufacturing system s.

Implement and maintain production data collection and monitoring system s.

Analyze production, labor, and material costs to support decision-makin g.

Qualificatio nsBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experienc e.3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experienc e.

Experience with NPI, process improvement, and manufacturing operation s.

Proficiency with 3D CAD modeling and simulation softwar e.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skill s.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologie s.

Experience with NC/Robot Programming preferre d.

Siemens NX, Fibersim, and composites manufacturing experience are a plu s.

Strong communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skill s.
