Job Description

Become a Key Player as a Manufacturing Engineer II You will help the organization improve and scale manufacturing capabilities by designing and deploying digital motion systems and manufacturing processes. Your work will impact production efficiency, tooling, automation vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in engineering and operations. Onsite in Erlanger, KY; schedule may include nights, weekends, and variable hours. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Design, test, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to meet product requirements Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to ensure successful development and launch of new products Program and support robots and NC systems; coordinate with outside vendors for turnkey automated systems Analyze workflows, space, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency Apply systematic, analytical problem-solving to reduce technical and human process variability Maintain revision control for designs and NC programs and deploy data collection/monitoring equipment Calculate production, labor, and material costs to inform manufacturing decisions Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with 3D solid modeling and simulation software Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Ability to explain complex technical information clearly; strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools Here's What Else Might Help You Out Experience with Siemens NX (3D modeling and drafting) for workholding, inspection tooling, and mold design Fibersim experience Composites manufacturing knowledge (thermoset and thermoplastic materials and chemistry) NC/robot programming experience Pay Range $62,700 - $104,500/year Ready to Make Your Mark?
