Entry-Level Engineering Opportunity (Florence, KY - Onsite) Our client is seeking a motivated entry-level Electrical Engineer or Junior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering graduate to join our team in Florence, Kentucky . This is an excellent opportunity to launch your engineering career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment , supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing industry serving world-recognized customers . In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and quality improvements . Ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation, solid problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Exposure to lean manufacturing principles, electrical systems, or process engineering is a plus, but not required. This position requires full-time, 5 days onsite presence and offers valuable experience tackling real-world production challenges while developing your engineering skillset with a global leader in manufacturing solutions.
