Capable of NPI (New Product Introduction) to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
Excellent ability to apply a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
Experience with 3D Solid Modeling and Simulation Software
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement
Siemens NX (3D modeling and drafting) experience a plus (design of workholding, inspection tooling as well as Injection, Compression, and RTM molds
Fibersim experience a plus
