Overview:
Join Xerox as a Tier 1 Manufacturing and Process Engineer, where you will play a key role in defining and optimizing manufacturing and test processes across global production sites. This role focuses on translating product requirements into efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance and consistency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Translate product requirements into structured manufacturing process steps prior to production Develop and document assembly work instructions and required fixtures Oversee and audit assembly instructions, test processes, and manufacturing workflows Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and implement test operations Conduct pre-production trial runs and support process validation activities What You Need to
Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience developing and documenting manufacturing or operational processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams Proficiency in communication and organization within a technical environment How We Set You Up for
