  • $95,000 We are working with an established precision engineering company based in Shepherdsville, KY. They are recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. They are offering a salary between $75,000
  • $95,000 depending on experience, along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental and PTO Key Responsibilities include: Providing engineering support for designing and manufacturing fixtures, machines, and tools, ensuring ergonomic and safety standards.
Examines plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to ascertain if all safety precautions have been included. Assists in preparing Failure Mode Affects Analysis Reports. Facilitates compliance with all OSHA regulations relating to the plant. Assisting in ergonomics programs and plant health and safety initiatives to prevent unsafe working conditions. Conducting plant surveys to assess exposure to hazards like noise, dust, fumes, and radiation. Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management systems, including
ISO 14001
standards. Promoting a safety-conscious attitude, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents, and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies per company and legal standards. Qualifications & Experience required: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills Background in Automotive Manufacturing or similar (Preferred) Word processing
