Design Engineer - Creative and Unique Environment

Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated and experienced Design Engineer to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do! This position requires a solutions-oriented engineering approach, where you'll utilize your knowledge to interpret design criteria from architects and design firms to troubleshoot and engineer the client's vision. This particular search is for a high-level, experienced Design Engineer with ample related experience ready to hit the ground running. This is not a product design nor graphic design job; your work will result in highly detailed shop drawings that our Fabricators and Installers will depend on. Engineering and Design Expertise:

Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture or similar highly preferred. Experience in interpreting and implementing design criteria

Technical Proficiency:

7+ years using CAD, preferably AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of materials, technology, and building techniques

Professional Experience:

5+ years in signage, exhibit, trade show, millwork, or related fields. Fabrication/building experience also highly preferred

Efficiency and Composure:

Proven ability to work quickly and calmly under tight deadlines.

Communication and Creativity:

Excellent math, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with creativity in problem-solving

Hand Sketching Skills:

Ability to produce quick and effective sketches Sense of Humor and Pride in
