You will serve as a key technical resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that directly impact product quality and manufacturing throughput. Responsibilities Design and deploy continuous improvement initiatives to minimize production defects and reduce cycle times. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to qualify new manufacturing processes and assembly techniques. Analyze equipment downtime data to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective solutions. Develop and maintain precise manufacturing work instructions and standard operating procedures. Engineer and commission custom tooling and electromechanical fixtures to boost production efficiency. Provide frontline technical support to resolve production blockers and maintain workflow continuity. Execute prototype builds and R D projects using precision measurement tools and mechanical assembly techniques. Required Skills Bachelor's or Associate degree in an Engineering discipline. 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems. Strong technical documentation skills, including the creation of SOPs and work instructions. Advanced competency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Visio. Preferred Skills Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with CAD software and ERP systems for process management. Proven ability to design and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
