Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence. This position will report to the Operations Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes within an electromechanical, X-ray detection systems. Design and analyze schematics, CAD models, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and other CAD tools. Lead root cause analysis to identify issues in production lines and implement effective corrective actions. Support tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance to enhance assembly line efficiency. Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Conduct process engineering tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with
ISO 9001
standards. Provide mechanical knowledge support for assembly line modifications and factory equipment upgrades. Assist in factory experience projects involving vacuum sealing, welding, fabrication, tooling development, and industrial engineering practices. Requirements for
Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Process Engineering are a plus. Proven experience in manufacturing environments with expertise in Electromechanical and PCBA components. X-ray detection experience is a plus. Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD; familiarity with Schematics and GD&T standards. Hands-on experience with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems and tooling design. Proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques. Mechanical knowledge of assembly lines, tooling fabrication, and process automation. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing setting adhering to
ISO 9001
standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments to meet production goals efficiently.
