Accepting Candidates About the role This role supports manufacturing transformation by improving process flow, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with production teams to solve problems, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Execute Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement across production lines Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Apply value stream mapping , 5S , and visual management techniques Participate in daily production activities and problem-solving at the shop floor level Use engineering and data analysis tools to improve manufacturing performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement or enterprise excellence Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , and process optimization Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Proficiency in tools like Excel , Minitab , Visio , or similar Strong communication and ability to drive cross-functional improvements Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $50-$54/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
