Accepting Candidates About the role Join a manufacturing transformation team focused on driving operational excellence, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations. This role focuses on Lean methodologies, waste elimination, value stream optimization, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Excellence initiatives within manufacturing or distribution environments. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and execution of Enterprise Excellence and operational transformation initiatives Participate in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across manufacturing operations Apply Lean and process improvement methodologies including: Structured Problem Solving Waste Elimination Visual Management 5S + Safety Standard Work Error Proofing SMED Participate in daily production management and problem-solving activities Support value stream and line-level process improvement activities Assist with planning and execution of Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Events Support benchmarking and best practice sharing initiatives Apply engineering and analytical methodologies to support operational improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and leadership teams Support continuous improvement culture development and operational excellence initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Degree focus in: Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Related technical field preferred 4+ years of Enterprise Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement experience Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies Experience supporting operational transformation initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels Strong initiative and ability to drive change initiatives Preferred Qualifications Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma certification Experience with: Value Stream Mapping Shingo Model TWI Methodology Statistical Methods Experience using tools such as: Minitab Visio MS Project CAD Experience supporting Kaizen events and operational excellence programs Compensation Estimated hourly range: $50-$54/hr (W-2 Only) Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
