Accepting Candidates About the role Join a manufacturing transformation initiative focused on driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and enterprise excellence within a regulated production environment. This role provides hands-on support to improve value flow, eliminate waste, and strengthen daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Support execution of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Drive process improvement using Structured Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, Waste Elimination, Visual Management, 5S, Standard Work, Error Proofing, and SMED Participate in daily production management , line-level problem solving, and value stream improvement activities Plan and support Rapid Improvement Events / Kaizen Events with site and regional teams Apply engineering analysis, benchmarking, and statistical methods to improve operational performance Utilize tools including Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project, CAD, and Minitab Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 4+ years of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement experience Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Preferred certifications: Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma Preferred experience with Shingo Model, TWI Methodology, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Methods Experience supporting regulated manufacturing operations is highly relevant Compensation Estimated hourly range: $50-$54/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
