Job Description:
Project engineering support is provided for Advanced Programs within an Integration/Manufacturing support environment, focusing on planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, and execution tracking. This role manages control account activities, maintains integrated schedules, and supports cross-functional program execution in a defense engineering environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of work-related experience
  • Ability to build relationships across functional teams
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Microsoft Office
  • 1 to 2 years of working independently Preferred Skills
  • Detail-oriented skills are preferred with 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Planning and organizing skills are preferred with 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Experience using SAP is preferred, with 1 to 2 years of experience. Job Duties & Functions
  • Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project activities
  • Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs
  • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource planning
  • Act as procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, managing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
  • Track program execution and report status across engineering and leadership teams
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve execution efficiency and documentation quality Physical Requirements & Environment
  • Work performed in an on-site engineering environment
  • Ability to work a 4/10A first shift schedule
  • Extended periods of computer-based work may be required
  • Use of standard office equipment required
