Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with 8+ years of experience in electromechanical assemblies to support New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimization, and manufacturing scale-up. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, assembly, testing, and production efficiency while providing hands-on support to manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead NPI projects from concept through production ramp-up. Improve manufacturing processes using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. Support production operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Develop work instructions, tooling, and fixturing to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce
CAPA/NCMR
issues. Drive cost reduction and process optimization initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and support sustaining engineering efforts. Track and report KPIs, OKRs, and manufacturing metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with electromechanical products. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DFMA/DFX principles. Experience supporting product launches from concept to production. Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD tools. Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics. Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems; Dynamics 365/Bluestar PLM preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
