The Job:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll be part of our Holliston team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to: Analyze production plans in a daily basis and coordinate resources to meet objectives and schedules in the production lines. Facilitates kaizen events and other lean initiatives such as 5's, one-piece flow, standardized work, Kanban. Utilizes knowledge of value stream analysis; project management; data collection and analysis; and development and implementation of process improvements to drive change. Performs workplace audits and streaming processes within area of responsibility. Provides training and coaching for project sponsors, leaders and teammates on Lean leadership, managing culture change through conflict resolution, empowering the workforce to drive change and sustainment of implemented improvements using simple Lean tools. Leads project teams to deliver project cost, quality and time objectives. Reports on project progress to process owners and other appropriate leadership levels at least at regular intervals. Monitors the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems Supports the business in establishing "best practice" Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them Support, comply with and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and regulations, as well as other company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.The Person:

Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing initiatives in production. Demonstrated track record in process improvement, conflict resolution, process design and change management. Ability to effectively provide facilitation, group training and stand-up presentations to other associates in the use of Lean, DMAIC tools and related topics. Ability to analyze complex manufacturing data and propose changes leading to higher efficiency and safety. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to work with others at all levels in the organization as a team player and team leader.- Problem-solving skills
