Electrical Manufacturing Engineer - Startup - Boston The Oho Group are working closely with an exceptionally well-funded deep-tech startup at the forefront of next-generation computing is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join its rapidly growing hardware team. Drive cutting-edge technology in a highly-ambitious environment with strong funding and enormous growth potential Work across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams Bring advanced systems from prototype to production Equity options Responsibilities Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities for advanced hardware systems Driving DFM/DFA improvements across complex PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies Managing manufacturing documentation, BOMs, CAD libraries, and PLM workflows Partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers to resolve production challenges Helping scale sophisticated hardware in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What They're Looking For Experience in electronics manufacturing or production engineering Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes PCB CAD experience (Altium preferred) Comfortable operating in fast-moving R D or startup environments Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills This role is ideal for engineers looking to combine hands-on hardware development with significant career upside in an emerging technology space.
