Job Description

Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes across fabrication, CNC laser operations, bending, welding, grinding, coatings, and electrical assembly. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting production through process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives. (Potential Hybrid work after 90 days)
Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods based on product design, materials, and equipment capabilities Lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times Analyze and monitor equipment performance (OEE) to identify opportunities for optimization Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and work-holding solutions Estimate production time, labor, and costs to support planning and decision-making Drive quality improvements through root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions Manage engineering projects, timelines, and process changes effectively Support SolidWorks models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Qualifications:
2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (4+ preferred) Strong background in CNC, welding, metal forming, fabrication, and assembly processes Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping) Proven ability to evaluate and implement equipment and process improvements Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) Experience with fixture, tooling, and gauge design Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Please apply today using your most up-to-date resume.
