The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading complex manufacturing initiatives, driving process optimization, and supporting production operations for new and existing products. This role serves as a technical expert in manufacturing processes, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate cross‑functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting strategic business goals. This role serves as a technical expert in manufacturing processes, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate cross‑functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting strategic business goals. Qualifications
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline. Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and process simulation tools. Proven ability to lead complex projects and work cross‑functionally. Understanding of GD&T, PFMEA, root cause tools, and process validation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
WE VALUE
Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with automation systems, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
