Job Description
Manage a team of design engineers producing production documentation Work with engineers to produce high quality mechanical designs Ensure on-time release of documentation and BOMs for products and projects Review designs for accuracy and adherence to internal and industry standards Serve as design engineering point of contact to project management, systems engineering, production, test engineering, and others as needed Assist in identifying gaps in processes and training needs; help implement solutions Manage design team's project schedules and prioritize tasks when conflicts arise
