job summary: Looking to make a massive impact? Our Client seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Bangor, ME to drive high-precision heavy manufacturing. Bring your CAD/CAM mastery, advanced macro skills, and 2+ years' experience to a dynamic team that values innovation and process excellence!
Establish fixturing requirements, baseline tooling consumption rates, and generate comprehensive operator standard work and quality documentation.
Deliver daily operator support, hands-on troubleshooting, and training during machine startups or workflow updates.
Spearhead process improvement projects utilizing Lean principles to elevate safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
