We are looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team!

As a member of the Electronics Cooling Business (ECB) team, the Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and processes within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products meet internal and external quality standards while driving continuous improvement in production operations.Major Responsibilities:
Leads CNC milling application development and process design, driving improvements in capability, quality, competitiveness, and performance Leads tube forming, assembly, and secondary process development, driving improvements in capability, quality, competitiveness, and performance Accountable for end-to-end manufacturing and quality performance within the value stream Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Provides technical support to account managers. Conduct internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO compliance). Review and approve production documentation, including work instructions and control plans. Support new product introductions (NPI), process validation and APQP activities. Train production staff on quality standards and best practices. Actively supports and manages within Brazeway's mission, vision, Code of Conduct and Process Based Leadership guidelines. Actively supports our 5S + Safety programs. What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role: Demonstrated subject matter expertise in CNC milling applications, including process development and problem solving Proven experience applying quality system requirements and Advanced Product Quality Planning to support product and process launches Bachelor's degree inEngineering:
Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field 5+ years of experience a manufacturing or quality engineering role Working knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - experience in Six Sigma or Lean Mfg. principles preferred Proficient with MS Office products Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong commitment to collaborative and innovative team environment Experience in thermal systems, heat transfer, or manufacturing environments is a plus At Brazeway, it's about more than what we get done - it's about how we do it.
