SITE INDUSTRIAL & MACHINERY DESIGN ENGINEER
Adrian, MI, OPmobility C-Power. Engr, dsgn, define, ≈prove tech reqmts &specs of Adrian Plant mfg eqpt incl. molds, coquilles, Vertical Cooling Tower (VCT) nests &fixturing syss, finishing ctrs, automated assy lines, helium leak testing stns, fuel tank assy eqpt, EoL inspection stns, &hat eqpt, &ensure suppliers proposed dsgns meet manufacturability, capacity, sfty, qlty standards. Participate in supplier selection &dsgn reviews to evaluate process architecture, tech specs, &performance criteria for eqpt &mfg prgms. Define &execute structured New Product Intro methodology for new mfg prgms, incl. Dsgn for Excellence, coordination of prototype tooling &build activities, process validation, &performance testing, &ensure implementation of Statistical Process Controls in accordance w/ qlty control plans. Bachelor, Indus or Mechatronics Engrg, or related. 12 mos exp as Engr or related, engrg &defining or approving tech reqmts &specs of plant mfg eqpt incl. VCT nests &fixturing syss, helium leak testing stns, &fuel tank assy eqpt, &ensuring suppliers proposed dsgns meet manufacturability, sfty, &qlty standards, or related.
