Job Description:
We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership and support manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives. The Site Engineering Manager is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering activities focused on process improvement, productivity, quality, and cost reduction Support new product launches, equipment implementation, and manufacturing process development Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts related to production, equipment, and quality issues Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, and technical documentation Coordinate engineering resources and priorities to meet production and operational goals Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve manufacturing efficiency Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development for engineering team members Participate in customer and supplier technical discussions as needed Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience leading projects, teams, or technical initiatives Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong communication and leadership abilities Experience supporting high-volume production environments preferred
