As a Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Technical Services team supporting production, maintenance, and cross-functional operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Provide production line support for PLC, CNC, HMI, and robot controls (Siemens-based platforms) Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and unplanned downtime on manufacturing lines Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize KPIs and throughput Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and repairing machine control issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex equipment and process challenges What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field 5-7 years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation Strong experience with Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-1500), drives, and servo systems Experience with robot programming (Fanuc/Kuka) and industrial networks (Profinet/Profibus) Ability to work in a plant environment supporting production and maintenance operations What's in it for me?
