Manufacturing Engineer | A hands-on opportunity to improve processes, support automation, and make a real production impact The Opportunity We are partnering with a manufacturing company to find a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving real production challenges, improving machining processes, and supporting new launches in a fast-paced environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who likes being close to the work and wants to make a visible impact on the floor. If you enjoy being on the floor, troubleshooting issues, improving efficiency, and helping build better systems in a high-volume environment, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact. Why You May Want to Explore It You will work on automated machining systems in a true production environment You will have the chance to play a key role in new launches, process optimization, and continuous improvement You will be part of a hands-on, technical team where your ideas and problem-solving will matter The role offers strong exposure to automation, CNC machining, tooling, and manufacturing engineering challenges It is a chance to step into a role where you can help improve both performance today and processes for the future What You'll Do Support and improve CNC machining processes , with a strong focus on turning and additional milling exposure Develop and optimize CNC programs for production performance, quality, and tool life Support new product launches for automated machining lines Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and automation-related issues on the production floor Work with robotics, vision systems, and in-process gauging to support automation and reliability Partner with production, quality, and other teams to improve efficiency and solve technical issues Drive continuous improvement in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field | (no degree = not a deal breaker) Strong manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining Deep experience with CNC turning/lathes , plus solid milling experience Background in a high-volume automotive or similarly fast-paced manufacturing setting Experience supporting automated machining lines , launches, and process improvement Strong knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining optimization Experience with CNC programming , automation, and production troubleshooting Strong communication skills and a practical, team-oriented approach Experience with multi-axis machining Exposure to robotics, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, or automated gauging Nice to Have Knowledge of gear cutting, hobbing, broaching, or spline-related processes Lean or Six Sigma experience To get started, please click Apply .
