REQUIRED
  • BS in Engineering (BSIE/BSME) required
  • 5+ Manufacturing/Process experience
  • Must have CAD experience (AutoCAD), product modeling in Creo/SolidWorks
  • HVAC experience, pump skids, boilers, chillers etc

  • Custom work on air handling units, boilers, pump skids
  • Oracle implementation
  • Windchill (REQUIRED)
  • Bridge the gap between electrical/mechanical engineering teams

AutoCAD Required:
  • 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD, Creo, Apriso, Oracle or similar software experience
  • Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
  • Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
  • Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
  • Bachelor''''s degree in engineering preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
  • Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
  • Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
  • Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.

  • Uphold manufacturing standards including: machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.
  • Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
