REQUIRED
- BS in Engineering (BSIE/BSME) required
- 5+ Manufacturing/Process experience
- Must have CAD experience (AutoCAD), product modeling in Creo/SolidWorks
- HVAC experience, pump skids, boilers, chillers etc
Updated HM Notes:
Strong chance to extend and convert- Custom work on air handling units, boilers, pump skids
- Oracle implementation
- Windchill (REQUIRED)
- Bridge the gap between electrical/mechanical engineering teams
- Standard manufacturing
- Work instructions
- Creo, SolidWorks or 3d
AutoCAD Required:
- 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD, Creo, Apriso, Oracle or similar software experience
- Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
- Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
- Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
- Bachelor''''s degree in engineering preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
- Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
- Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
- Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
- Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.

- Uphold manufacturing standards including: machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.
- Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
