This role focuses on factory transformation, process improvement, manufacturing flow optimization, and bridging communication between mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME/BSIE preferred) 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience HVAC or industrial equipment experience (air handling units, boilers, chillers, pump skids) Strong experience with Oracle and Windchill (required) CAD experience with Creo, SolidWorks, or 3D AutoCAD Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence experience Experience creating work instructions and standardized manufacturing processes Knowledge of process automation, workstation layouts, tooling, and manufacturing flow optimization Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Responsibilities Support factory transformation and equipment implementation projects Improve productivity, quality, uptime, and operational efficiency Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and process controls Develop work instructions, routings, cycle times, and standardized work Troubleshoot manufacturing and product design issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and EHS teams to ensure OSHA-compliant operations Additional Notes Strong opportunity for extension and conversion Experience with Oracle implementation and Windchill highly preferred Background in custom HVAC or industrial manufacturing environments preferred #
